Yesterday , I read about the Delhi HC 's judgement on Mr. Subhash C. Agarwal's PIL , among others, relating to whether CJI falls under the perview of RTI Act. The HC oservation on the issue was indeed laudable and would go a long way in restoring the perception of an ordinary person about judicary which has suffered decadence following a number of regretable incidences from the members of judicary.......
