RTI CASE QUERY 4 - Ration Card My friend had applied for a ration card in the month of January 2009 ill date he has not received the same, kindly tell me what remedies are there under RTI 2005.

He can apply with PIO of Rationing office for status of Ration card. Please read : how to get the status of new ration card which I applied last year? for details. RTI application will be as per rules applicable.
