Hi, I was employed in Private sector Bank. Every month I contributed 10% of basic salary to my PF account. Bank also contributing equal amount to my PF account. PF was managed by Bank itself. When i resigned from the Bank, only my contribution was given. When I asked Bank contribution, they told that bank contribution was remitted to LIC pension fund hence I am not eligible for bank contribution and the same was forfeited since i was not served for 20 years, in order to get pension. I can ask information under RTI act?     |
