My daughter Radhika along with her husband paid for a new flat in our society, but the society recorded only her husband's name in the share certificate since my daughter owned a second flat which she had to sell for financing the new flat. She now wants her name to be included as a joint owner of the flat which the Managing Committee is refusing. What options are open to my daughter?      |
