How to get Ration Card?
Hi,
I am from Andhra and staying in Chennai for last 6 years. I donot have ration card and want to apply for it.
When I inquired abt that, people are telling that I should have a name removal certificate from my home town, so that I can apply it here.
But my parents unknowingly deleted my name from Ration Card in my home town and they did not take any name removal certificate from them.
Now is there any possibility to get ration card without document. Please let me know in detail whom to contact in Chennai and how to proceed.
