Court marrige

Can anyone help us out ?????????????

We want get married but our parents are against it. I want to know the procedure for court marriage? and which documents we have to submit ? my name in ration card is different ( My surname has been changed in that), so can i have an alternative for the same ?

Dear sir,
i am a brahmin boy of age 21 and want to marry a sindhi girl who is 18!! but her family member are not ready and even have threatened me so we have decided to go for court marrige???I need to know the procedure and the documents required for it!! one problem is that i have heard that the court will send a notice to girls's parent about the marrige but if it will be done so in our case then definately they will try to do anything to stop this marrige so is there any way to avoid this notice or is there any other way???plz do reply i need it very much!!
