Dear Marichamy,

As you had posted your query originally in the New Member Introduction Section, there has been some delay in making this reply. Now I have moved it to the correct sub-forum.

For early obtention of IT refunds, RTI has been effectively used. Please go through the various threads in this forum with the tag, Income tax Refund to get a better idea.
