Passport : Not getting any response

Hello All,

This is Himanshu and it is my first post in this forum. I would like your commnets regarding my passport apllication which is objected with below reason:

I applied for passport (Chennai) in december-2007.This is showing the status below in the website :

Name :	HIMANSHU KUMAR MADRELE
File Ref. No. :	A063535 / 07
Date of Birth :	15/12/81

Your Latest Passport Status

Following objection has been raised on Your file

Please furnish explanation for suppression of material information in the

appplication regarding the previous passport held by you.

I accept that I applied for the passport previously but it never come for address verification and showing the below status :

File Ref. No. :	A057556 / 06
Date of Birth :	15/12/81

Your Latest Passport Status

Following objection has been raised on Your file

Please furnish a fresh passport form (EAP-I) duly filled in. If you have not res

ided continuously for one year in the given address, other addresses where you h

ave resided during the last one year be indicated with additional sets(i.e.2 cop

ies) of Personal Particular forms for each such additional place of residence.

This is what I did for getting the new passport.
Now I mailed several time to the passport office for proceding further but not getting any response. Attaching the mails for reference :

I would like to mention here that I am not holding any passport right now also I have given my previous passport apllication information (which is rejected ) while submitting the fresh application form in the section 17(e) with below reason:

"It was rejected in address verification file no: A057556".

Please let me know how could I proceed further to overcome the objection. Do I have to come to passport office ?If yes then please let me know what are the documents required for the same and whom to contact.

Even I went to passport office but have not received response/officer to handle this .

Could someone please help me if I can file RTI for the same? If yes then what is the procedure to send a request for it?
