This A/C of coach no. C7 is not working since many days, but there is no action on the part of railways, I had travelled on 16.05.08, but that day also the AC was not working. The Railway staff is very clever in convincing passengers - that it is not under their duty. Even the Ticket Checker was not ready to listen - we had launched the complaints in the complaint book - But I DONT THINK ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN ? Limesh Parekh 919377757650 (Vapi, Gujarat)     |

This is a clear case of deficiency in service on the part of the railways. As you have already lodged complaints in the complaint book, now take up the matter with the Chief Commercial Superintendent of the Railway concerned to obtain refund. The matter needs to be followed up through the consumer fora, if necessary. RTI Act will not be of much use here.
