Unanswered: Indemnity bond to be signed by Co-op. socy managing comittee members

Could you please guide me on any precedent available on the issue that when the managing committee members of a co-op. housing society did not execute indemnity bond within the prescribed period and later on executed indemnity bond after the expiry of statotory period. what action the dy.registrar, co-op. societies is bound to take and in case dy. registrar does not take any action, inspite of informing the dy.registrar of such event, what action can be taken against dy.registrar.

Thanx.

While I am unaware of any such precedent on the issue raised by you, I suggest that you can make an RTI application to the Registrar of Coop Society concerned asking for the detailed procedure that he is required to adopt in the event of any such delayed execution of indemnity bond by the managing committee members of any housing society and also for the regulations on exemptions/condonation of delay if any available to individual societies. Depending on his reply you can proceed further.

Ask to PIO Registrar of society Under RTI
(1) what action should be / has been taken on the above complaint as per Co-op Society act and Pls provide me the copy of Rule/Regulation Circular.
2) Name of Officer/Staff Who are looking into complaint.
