MY FATHER WAS A CGHS BENEFICIERY AND HE HAD GONE UNDER A LIVER TRANSPLANT FOR WHICH HE HAS SUBMITTED A CLIAM WFOR HIS TREATMENT TO CGHS. BUT AFTER 18 MONTHS THERE IS NO FURTHER PROCESS FROM DEPARTMENT IN SETLING THE CLAIM. KINDLY LET ME KNOW WHOM TO CONTACT AND WHAT TO DO FOR THE STATUS OF MY CFATHER'S CLAIM. He can file RTI application for the status of his claim. RTI application will be as per RTI Rules, Fees for Centre and Useful Info about CIC - RTI Guide
