Need Help: Cooperative Group Housing Society rti

MY FATHER WAS A Cooperative Group Housing Society BENEFICIERY AND HE HAD GONE UNDER A LIVER TRANSPLANT FOR WHICH HE HAS SUBMITTED A CLIAM WFOR HIS TREATMENT TO Cooperative Group Housing Society. BUT AFTER 18 MONTHS THERE IS NO FURTHER PROCESS FROM DEPARTMENT IN SETLING THE CLAIM. KINDLY LET ME KNOW WHOM TO CONTACT AND WHAT TO DO FOR THE STATUS OF MY CFATHER'S CLAIM.
