account not activated

As I have become an accountholder of big helper for last 6 days,still they have not activated my account.So that I can not write my query to them or can not answer to any other,s queries.Please solve my problem.As advt.in your site itself shows to join big helpers .so I am bidding the request.

After registering on the portal, you would have received a activation email containing a link. You need to click on that link to activate your registration. If you do not do so, you will not be able to log in.

If you are not able to locate the email, please click on the following link to resend the activation email:Big Helpers Community - Email Activation Codes

Please feel free to revert back in case of any difficulty.

As per your advt. in this site ,I have fulfilled all the requirement to join for big helpers community, but alias my twice attempt could not bring me success.I already ask you earlier about this ,I have not received any email from big helpers although I have given valid email.I have followed all the steps you have given,but due to non getting of their email ,I could not go further.Please guide me.

Dear Shrikant,

Please check the spam box of your mail, if there is no mail from bighelpers in the in-box. Because of the link that the activation mail carries, sometimes the mail lands in spam box, depending on your mail settings.

Still if you cannot find a mail from bighelpers, please apply for another confirmation mail from bighelpers. Link for the same is available in bighelpers itself.
