Can we ask for information from Bank under RTI
I am working in a college. our college authorities opened a saving bank account in name of EPF in Sate Bank of Patiala
Can i ask Bank about the detail of My account opened in name of Principal of the college.
Can State Bank Of Patiala Maintain a EPF account?
Is the amount deposited in this account eligible for income tax rebate?

IF YOUR COLLEGE HAVE AN ACCOUNT AT State Bank Of Patiala. It is a Nationalised Bank and you may ask related Information Which are pertains to you under RTI. Yes EPF is eligible for income tax rebate for details you may touch to CA.

You may file an RTI application and ask the details of EPF contribution made by the college in your account from the date of joining?
