Routine Queries.
I am a PIO in an organisation with 300 employees.Although each of the employee is free to check any information regarding his matter from my office by visiting me at any time . There are persons who prefer to put an RTI application for even routine matters concerning rules regarding pay and allowances, leave policy , promtions, progress of their applications on various personal matters etc.Can they be replied in one line to come and check the documents in the office and take copies of what ever they want

I am afraid the one-line response would not be accordance with the RTI provisions ,as PIO, you will have to reply their application in accordance with the provisions.
