Regarding my arrears and salary

Dear Sir,

I am working for Western Railway and has resumed job after a long leave on 25.9.09. It is February 2010, but inspite of repeated visits to the dealing clerk asking for my arrears that are not paid, my salary for the month of Sept 09, OCtober 09 which is not paid. My TA is not being paid till date i.e. for Sept 09 to Jan '10. I do not get any suitable reply from them. Hence I would be glad if you could furnish me the details I need. I wish to know the amount of arrears that is pending and when am I suppose to get it. I am in urgent need for the money hence I repeated visiting to the dealing clerk is not helping me in any way. Hence i wish to know the details like :

1. The amount of arrears i am suppose to receive the breakup of the arrears to which they have derived to.
2. When am I going to receive the amount.
3. What will be my basic scale
4. when will they pay me for Spet.09 and OCt. '09.
5. When will they pay me for the TA for the month Sept 09 to till date.

I will be glad if you could help me in doing so.
