Police report is clear. Application under process
I applied for the renewal of the passports of my daughters aged 15 and 10, on the 27th of February. The message on the Passport website still is "Police report is clear. Application under process."
It is now close to 100 days that I applied for the renewals, and still there is no sight of passports. How do I put in an RTI application and where.

You need to file a RTI Application with the PIO of Delhi RPO.
For details and help on drafting, fees, submission , etc. of a RTI Application, please have a look at:
