How to transfer or claim PF

I am working in a private company located at Bangalore. I am posted in Delhi. I came to know that, my company is not depositing the Provident Fund to the government for more than last six months.
Monthly amount OFmore than Rs. 3,000/- per month is deducted from my salary as PF. I have been an employee of the company for more than last 4 years.
My question is: I want to withdraw the PF money. So, how can I do that?
Regards.
A.
