Hi, I am pretty new with Income tax rules, etc. My company has been cutting TDS for which i had to file in my return of 2006-2007 through a CA, who suddenly as of today is avoiding my calls. I according to him have filed my Income Tax returns, but he did not give me the acknowledgement saying I will follow up with it. Today, all of a sudden when I start enquiring about my returns, he says it takes times (practically trying to avoid my call). My question is how will i come to know if he has actually filed my return or not, and can some action be taken if the CA has not actually filed in my return. An early reply is awaited.     |
