RTI applications to MRO and GHMC in AP

I would like to get the information from the government authorities like Mandal Revenue Officers of various revenue divisions and Commissioner of GHMC and the Dy. Commissioner of the Circle where I am living. I wish to use to get information from them through RTI act only. Hence, I need your help in application procedure. My questions are hereunder given for your ready reply.

1. Where I get application format?
2. How much fee I have to pay? If so whether it should be by way of Demand draft or by way of cash?
3. If I need any another suggestions can I get any experienced person's guidence by way of mobile?

Please give me reply and help me in this issue.

There is no specific application format.

Your RTI applications to MRO and GHMC have to be addressed to the SPIO (State Public Information Officer ) of that office. The details of the SPIO in each office can be found on the web - just visit the GHMC website or google for "XXXXXX PIO RTI "

Your RTI application has to be as per the RTI Rules and Fees for Andhra Pradesh. These are available in the Guide section of the portal: RTI Guide
