Conflict in PF status

Hi,
I applied to close my PF in Apr, 2009. Till dec 09 it was showing document received on May 09 and status was under process. For reference I am attaching the screen shot I took that time.

But now it shows "Your Claim Not Received by this Office".

Last one month I am trying to contact PF bangalore using ro.bangalore@epfindia.gov.in email id but no luck?

What should I do next?

Dear Ravi

Just file an RTI application with PIO of concerned pf office for status of your claim. Please see: http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...t-details.html for details.
