Not a bad order. One may like to interpret it as a mild rebuke. Hope the apex court takes the cue and acts. But what about notifying the Rules? Presumably the order covers that aspect also. Kudos to the perseverance of Mr Karira.

It is a sad state of affairs that the Supreme Court has not complied with the CIC order on Sec 4 disclosure as well as notifying its RTI Rules in the official gazette.
Finally had to send a Complaint of Non Compliance to the CIC.
It is attached to this post.
