Sir,
This has reference to your complaint dated 28/02/2009 on the issue of
reconsidering decision of allotment of LPG distributorship of Phagwara-1 &
Phagwara-II.
On the subject, we write to inform that the LPG distributorship commissioned at
Phagwara-I. Under the name & style of M/s Shaurya Indane Gas Service, Phagwara
that was allotted to Sh. Vivek Bajaj has been trminated by us vide our letter of
ref: PSO/LPG/Phagwara datd 14/01/2010 on grounds of submission of false
information in the application by the candidate Sh. Vivek bajaj that were
brought into light by various investigations conducted. The termination was
effected on 15/01/2010. Further action shall be taken by us as per laid down
procedures and policy guidelines in the matter.

On the subject of Phagwara-II, we would like to inform that the matter is
subjudice and further action shall be taken as per policy guidelines.
