Regarding my credit card payment
I was having a credit card of citibank since 2003. I have withdrawn or utilised rs. 60,000- till date. I have paid all these 6 years the minimum amount due approx. Rs. 3500/- EVERY MONTH and for the last year, i was paying rs. 6,000/- as my minimum due payment EVERY MONTH. I have not utilised the card for the last 2 years and have been paying continously. When i approach them for a bank statement for the last 6 years, they refuse to give it to me. I can see that i have paid them much more than i have withdrawn or utilised and yet they want me to still pay them rs. 69,000/- which is showing as outstanding.
What should i do to get my 6 YEARS statement.
I AM not able to pay this amount as i am not doing well in my service.
Are there any laws to procure the 6 YEARS statement so i know how much i actually took and how much i have paid them.
