Hoodlums at our airports

Yet again a porter has been arrested from kolkata airport for molesting a 9 year old girl..we all know there are thugs and thieves working as porters at all our airports..no wonder our belongings go missing every time we travel by air..why does the govt allow these people to step inside an airport and what would prevent them from smuggling arms into a plane for hijackers..I think it is inevitable unless they are all fired
