I am aware that there have been certain modifications recently, that if the GO is still drawing pension from Govt. funds, he is still accountable.

CIC decision, a retired
PIO was penalised. Its true, both cases are of different nature. So I guess, on Kushal should be able to shed some more light in this regard.
