correction of date of birth in birth certificate

Hi
My actual date of birth is 2.1. 1973. but my school final admit card, school leaving certificate shows 2.12.1973. Based on the later record my passport also shows 2.12.1973. I was born in durgapur, west bengal, india. please advise me urgently if anybody knows how to do the original birth date corrected and obtain a birth certificate showing the same date as in my passport? thanks very much
