Procedure to Change of Name in MSEB Electricity Bill
Please let me know the procedure to Change the Name in my Electricity bill. MSEB Electricity bill is coming in the Name of the Builder.
I only have the following documents:
1. Registration deed with Index II
2. Possession Letter from the Builder.
Are these documents sufficient.
Please help.
