Where to submit RTI

Hello Team,

I am new to this site, and RTI is new to me also.

Please help me by answering following questions:-

1. I want to file RTI, to obtain information from MCD, Rohini zone.. where to file?
2. What are the charges for submitting RTI and what is mode of payment?
3. what if I do not get satisfactory reply from the authority and by when I would be expecting reply from MCD?

1. Just visit :Monitoring RTI Cases and select teh relevant department. In the manual, towards the end you will find the relevant PIO.

2. Your RTI Application has to be as per the RTI Rules and Fees for the Centre. These are available in the Guide section: RTI Guide

3. If you do not get a satisfactory reply from the PIO, then you can file a First Appeal.

Please provide me specific information.. where to go and submint and how much to pay for this... very tough to get information on net as there are various options.. if you require any information from my end.. let me know.. Thanks
