Hi Friends: I saw an article in RTI Blog that Karnataka High Court has said the cooperatives come under the RTI Act. Last year I filed a case against Birla Authorities at SIC, A.P.. The judgment was given in my favor. However, Birla Authorities appealed against the order and took the stay from A.P. High Court The matter is pending in the court. If I can get the judgment copy of the Karnataka High Court, it may be helpful to fight my case. Can someone help me in this regard and also give the feed back. Regards Ravi      |

I am also interested on this judgement of Karnataka HC. It is dated 24-06-2008 and published in deccan herald bangalore edn of 25-06-2008. Our RTI friends in Bengaluru have filed application for obtaining judgement copy.
