when an applicant files his first appeal to FAA, what is the procedure of filing a rejoinder? In how many days he can file rejoinder to FAA and in how many days reply to the rejoinder should reach to the appellant and by whom?
Rejoinder? By any chance are you asking this qeury for the benefit of a PIO who has denied information on the original RTI application? Please elaborate.
