| I would like to thank RTI India forum for the information/help for filiing RTI and getting succesful EPF transfer. I did used sample EPF RTI application & customized it to suit my case. I did not get sucess at CAPIO stage. I did went to first level appallate after CAPIO stage then got successs. All through it took 2 months 10 days for the transfer. Each time it took 1 month 5 days as it is through post. I filed both CAPIO, First level appallate through registed post using Rs 10 postal order. I can help other members for any info about filing RTI. Thanks again for the forum!!!. FYI, My current employer maintains EPF at Regional Office, Rajarammohan Roy Road Bangalore & Ex-employer maintains EPF at Sub-Regional Office Whitefield Bangalore. The time elapsed in issue before RTI application was 1.5 yrs. With RTI done in 2 months 10 days. Please do use the power of RTI to help our cause with any governmental department. |
