Hi...I am Noman Valiulla. I have joined this site to know more about our RTI acts benefits and backdrops. To pinpoint the situation,I wanted to know whether a local corporator of Bandra East,can ask or force a school in his locality to admit a student on his word. Also he asks for blank leaving certificates for some students who are not from the school. Since we are not receiving help from the area cops,how do we handle the problem. A goon from the area is helping the corporator.The ACP,DCP, CP have not been doing much. Its a school for poor girls in the area of Bandra East. Need Help Urgently...      |

Have u made a compliant regarding the same to local police station. If they are not ready to accept your complaint sent it through Register A.D with copy marked to ACP/DCP/Home Minister/Education Department. I am sure the local police station will act on. If after couple of days, still they don't take action on the same file RTI application asking for the detailed action taken on the complaint. |
