    Default PIO force my friend to withdraw the RTI Appn


    My friend filed a RTI Application to CPIO, Army Head Qtr, New Delhi. Army Head Qtrs transfer the application to the concerned deptt 15 armd c/o 56 APO, The PIO of 15 Armd illegally forces to my friend to withdraw the RTI Application. After getting depressed my fr finally withdraw the appn. Please file this attachment file in your name.

    File RTI application from different state ( not where concerned persons home state ) and with different name ( mother far relatives etc / friends ) demand all things by post, if the concerned persons identity is problem, then file rti application with some 10/more names from the same unit so as to hide who is indirect applicant
