Dear Vishal Since RTI Act-2005 is not enforceable in the State of J & K.But it is advisable to write an application under RTI Act-2005 and submit the same with the concerned ministry at New Delhi regarding/along with the details of requisite information. |

Well i am having all updated circulars regarding the incentives. Our counterparts in other central government departments are getting the same. Though our ministry has been issuing orders to implement the same but our field officer are not giving any ears to this issue. Though i have given reminders so many times i've not recieved any letter from them. Now my point is whether i should file an RTI application with my field office or directly with our ministry |
