Resident proof required for learning licence in delhi
Dear
Team, i recently applied for Learner licence in RTO office at janakpuri .
and i submitted my LIC policy and pan card (pan card and letter both) photocopy along with application. but they denied to accept my application as they say they required (voter card etc ) for resident proof. but as per RTO website LIC policy is suffcient for that.
so pls help me to get the information about this

You can file a RTI Application with the PIO of the RTO and ask for a certified copy of the list of documents that they accept as proof of identity and address.Sponsorer
Your RTI application has to be as per the RTI Rules and Fees for the Centre. These are available in the Guide section: RTI Guide
