hello friends , i'm very new to this forum and knew about this from one of my friend. i'm suffering from a problem that i completed B.tech in 2007,and my result is still not declared while others its declared whenever i call to collage they said that the condition of the UPTU(Lucknow) is worse.we can't do anything i'm getting confused to whom i should to talk or complain. friends i really need your help plz tell me what to do.......      |

Under RTI ask to the PIO of your university 1) reason regarding the delay made on declaring your result 2) according to charter by when should the result be declared 3) name of the official who are responsible for the same. etc... |
