Great intelligecy of the PIO I have applied RTI Application to the PIO on dated 19/1/2010. I have recieved a letter by regd post on 22/2/2010. After opening the envelope i found the three blank paper. I filed First Appeal on 26/2/2010, I recieved a letter of decision from the appellate authority without give to chance me for attend the hearing of first appeal on 25/3/2010. The decision of FAA is "PIO provide the information vide letter no xxxxxxxx dated 19/2/2010 by regd post vide receipt no xxxxxx". In overall process of two months I have spend around Rs. 200/ (towards the cost of RTI Application Fee, postal expenses etc) and get the three blank papers.
