For the information required by you, you need to file a formal RTI application in the office of CPIO , Passport Office, CGO Complex -1, Kamla Nehru Nagra, Ghaziabad alongwith a DD or IPO of Rs. 10/-

be very very careful in framing your questions as the PIO , Passport Office, Ghaziabad is in habit of given false, misleading & absurt replies.

If you ask for the Names, the PIO will deny it under "Third Party Information ".

Instead, just ask for the list of application numbers , the type of application (new, renewal, miscellaneous services, etc.), the date of receipt in the RPO, the date of issue/disposal, reasons for pendancy, if any.

Ask the information for a partcular period like from date.....to date.....
