Hi Friends, Seeking help from you all. I have not received my Refund for the last year. Now when i have spent a lot of hours reading about the RTI and finally decided to go for it, i am thoroughly confused at who my CPIO should be . I visited the various links on the internet where i got some complete list of CPIOS but i could not understand whom to write my query to. Could youplease help. I am from mumbai.
