Santosh, You can address your RTI Application to the SPIO in BMC. Your RTI application has to be as per Maharashtra RTI rules, which are attached to this post: Need Address of Aurangabad commissionor of RTI For further help in drafting the application, payment of fees, how to submit, etc., please visit the guide segment of the forum.      |

Since we are not knowing SPIO of quarter allotment department. Send a RTI application to PIO of nearest Ward Office and instruct him to sent it to appropriate PIO Under section 6.3. Affix 10 rs. Court fee stamp on application as fees. |
