sir how to check the property tax and water tax bill in mumbai .Wht is SAC NO OR CNN NO ,If we dont have than how to check it plz give information that bmc is not giving any information .

still u are finding it difficult to get the bills, then send a RTI application asking for the copy of the bills.

yes i am getting difficult to get the bills many more time i visted this both websit and enterd ACCOUNT NO D-06-0349-00-8. The website giving result Invalid CCN no and sac no, Today I call to bmc on this Telephone no 23861426 they are telling it is correct sac no, Sir i am requesting u to get the correct SAC NO OF MY ACCOUNT D-06-0349-00-8

Dear Anandmane,
Since Im unaware or rather ignorant of the methods and protocols of the BMC, thus a simple solution which I can offer is to ask you to file an RTi application.

Address the letter to the
CPIO
BMC
Mumbai

do fill in the correct address of teh BMC. Through this seek the following information from them,

1. Kindly provide me with all details associated with PTAX No. D-06-0349-00-8

2. Kindly provide me the SAC and CNN numbers for the following property address
xxx street
xxx city
fill in the above address.

3. Kindly provide me with all inforamation which I would require to login to the BMC's online portals for checking my water bill details and property tax details.

Thanks for ur reply. Sir i already drafted a letter to bmc 25 days gone but there is no reply from them .

well, you would have to wait for them dear. File you first appeal on completion of 37days since posting.

If the RTI application has been unable to fetch you any positive results, then I doubt that a mere complaint register on the authority's website would accomplish anything more. A simple advice, wait for completion of 37days since posting of RTI application, and then post your first appeal to the FAA. On completion of 50days since posting of first appeal, if no decision is made by the FAA, then file your second appeal without delay.
