Nice presentation.Sometime there is a parallel flow after imposition of penalty to PIO or compensation imposed on PA - PIO/ PA take the shelter of court of law - based on the decission of the Hon'ble court things may change like waveout of penalty,compensation,denial of information, Partial modifications to CIC order etc.

In this portal I am finding many examples of filing FA even after 6 months.
Someone please explain this in detail.

If PIO replies after 6 months, FA can be filed within 30 days from the date of reply.General rule: First Appeal within 30 days from the date the PIO 's reply.
