There are separate CPIOs for each department. If you simply type "Ministry of Defence RTI Portal" in Google or try http://rti.gov.in/dept_defence. you will get the details. For example if your issue is related to Exservicemen, the CPIO is "Director(E),318, B-Wing, Sena Bhavan, Ministry of Defence, New Delhi". In case you are struck, please come back to us.      |
