HI ,
I have bought a flat in Pune. It is mention in the agreement that Carpet area is 760 Sq Feet . But as per the floor plan attach in the agreement (after calculation) it is coming as 550 sq feet .
I came to know about this when i send proposal to bank . When i asked builder about it he said has added common passage area in it (i.e super built up area )
But actually after the construction of Flat , i will get 550 sq ae carpet area . Can i register a complaint against Builder about the cheating ?
Where can i get Leagal Defination of Carpet area ?
