I am a railway contractor I supply a 800 va ups make microtake company but railway officer can not pass my bill. he reject my ups after 10 months. I approach through RTI but he can't give me satisfactory answer and give insufficient and wrong answer in RTI. what I am doing.      |

Dear Darshan, Welcome and thanks for being on this portal. If U are not satisfed with PIO reply U can file first appeal with first appellate authority, whose name and address PIO would have given in his reply or U can visit railway website under rti icon. For format and procedure pl visit my blog on filing of first appeal for central govt info. U have 30 days time from the date of receipt of reply of pio to file first appeal. If you are not satisfed with reply after first appeal, U can move second and final appeal with central info commission at delhi. Details are on my blog for this appeal also. U have 90 days time from the date U receive decision of first appeal. All the best.
