Regarding recharge problem in Airtel

Dear Sir/Ma’m
With respect, I have to bring into your notice that I had played “youngestan ka wow” –a game sponsored by Pepsi on 31st March, 2010 and win the 50rs. Mobile recharge same day. A message of confirmation was also provided by TM-The game service provider on my mobile phone.
On 3rd April, 2010, received a message from TA-PayMate that my no. XXXXXXX has been successfully recharged for Rs. 50/- powered by PayMate. I have no doubt that this is not a fake message because my friends are customer of Vodafone and reliance got the recharge money.

But I am surprised that I am not received not even myself but other airtel users also not found the recharge money on their mobile and when I talk to Airtel Customer Care Service 2 times, they says may be their they do not tied up with us and cut my call without giving me sufficient reason immediately.
There are no such of terms and condition given in the Advertisement that these recharges are not available on Airtel Mobile.
Under Right to Information Act 2005, I am accepting for the full information regarding this matter
I am sorry to say that I am very disappointed with the service of Airtel .
Please clarify my queries on priority basis.
