Need Help: Ration issues

Hi!
I applied for ration card 3 months back and when i applied i got the info that within 30 days the card would be delivered and before that they come home for verification, but they didnt come to very adress when i went to enquire about that, they gave me info that they visited my site and the door was locked but that was false. Since my mother in law is a patient and she is always at home and myself since i am working for night shift. I told them they are creating a false story they finally told me that they will sign the copy and within 30 days will get the ration card ever since they told me i was visiting their office every week to get the information since they already gave me wrong information and due to that i could not rely on their words this is happening quite from 3 months and the reciept i got for that was bit of paper with the ration office stamp on it... due to this Indane gas co. stopped delivering the gas as i am not having the card and now it has happened that i have cancelled the card from kerala state and applied in tamil nadu still i dont hve any card and not getting the gas cylinders and Indane stopped the service completely as they say that we need to get the ration card and activate the account again. Past 20 years gas connection was in my father-in-laws name and they expired and now i see that without ration card I am not getting the gas cylinders... Govt is made for public welfare and I see that they are least bothered about us and the one who is working in the firm reaps and the rest are made run around......
