I am central govt employee who does not belong to creamy layer of obc
but recent rules of kerala states that the cast of father is a must for deciding creamylayer status
in the school certificate of my father the name of his caste is vattakkettunair which does not belong to the list of obc castes of kerala
actually we belong to vaniya caste by mistake in olden dayys whilw admitting my father to school it was menioned as vattakkettu nair which is a locally known name for the same caste
so pleasr advice me what i can do to prove my caste category as i am applying for higher posts in upsc which demands the certificate for obc reservation
