Dear Ashwinbhau, Welcome to this portal of sunshine law ever enacted since 1947 for the real benefit of common man in dealing with govt. If mkcl is a corporation of state govt. U can directly resort to rti. Pl refer to guide section [top right hand side] and visit my article on maharashtra rti rules. If it is a non-govt entity, U can still file rti appln quoting section 2[f] of rti act 2005 to get the information sucked from mkcl by the govt. dept which controls such institutions eg. Dist Education Dept for pvt edu. institutes etc.
